They went back and forth about purchasing this home but in the end, we negotiated a really great price that would allow for the inspection issues, so we're closing 7/22 .......... YAY!
Thanks for all your help with this one Scott. I'll bet you don't inspect 2 homes for the same buyers very often. As you know, I'm very happy and most importantly, am happy for the xxxxx family. I think with a few changes, they'll have a really nice lake place.
